Conversational AI Lead or Architect
Job description
This person will be a key member of the Partner enablement and technical Pre-sales team and will lead all the effort responsible for interfacing with prospective clients and performing analysis of business challenges and position Avaamo in mid to large sized enterprise accounts globally. This role will also be responsible for enabling our key strategic SI Partners and also jointly working with them in pre-sales capacity on opportunities
Responsibilities
- Provide pre-sales support for sales activities including needs analysis, demonstration, technology review, requirements definition and proof-of-concept scoping
- Should be able to successfully work and navigate through the Partner/SI organization to evangelize the platform as well as work closely with partners on joint opportunities
- Build out world-class demos on top of the Avaamo platform to showcase the capabilities of the platform in specific verticals
- Although this is an individual contributor role, this position has the potential to grow into the Head of Technical Sales role to manage a team of sales engineers
- Builds trust with customers and owns technical side of customer relationships. Helps drive and maintain relationships that will effectively remove barriers to enterprise sales

Requirements
- 10+ years of work experience with at least 5 years experience in technical pre-sales as well as worked in a large India SI organization
- A very good hands-on understanding of SaaS technology is a must and also hands-on experience building demos
- Ready to travel (at least 30-40% travel)
- B.E in Computer Science or relevant field from a top-rated University
- MBA from a top business school is plus
- Critical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to get things done at a startup pace.
