Ram Menon

Founder and CEO

Ram brings over two decades of experience in enterprise software. Previously Ram was the President of Social Computing at TIBCO. He founded the division and built the business from scratch into a leader in Social Business Software with 9 Million paid users in just two years.

Earlier in his stint at TIBCO, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for eight years, leading the company’s marketing and product strategy efforts to support growth from $200M -$1B. Prior to joining TIBCO, Ram was with Accenture, a global consulting firm, where he specialized in supply chain and e-commerce strategy consulting with Global 500 companies.

Sriram Chakravarthy

Founder and CTO

Sriram brings over 15 years of engineering experience in designing massively scalable distributed software. Previously Sriram was Vice President of Products for the Social Computing division at TIBCO where he was responsible for building tibbr, TIBCO’s SaaS based Social Computing platform.

He successfully scaled engineering, support and services to serve customers in 121 countries. Earlier in his stint at TIBCO, he was responsible for product strategy and management of TIBCO core portfolio of business integration products, a $400M-product line. He has worked as a software engineer and architect in messaging, ecommerce and cloud software and has picked up a dozen patents on the way.

Madhav Vodnala

VP of Engineering

Madhav is responsible for the global development teams and support for the Avaamo AI platform. His team is responsible for delivering the core AI technology at the heart of Avaamo’s innovative platform, including the user interface, AI architecture and domain based machine learning model frameworks.

Previously, Madhav has built multiple enterprise products in the social, messaging, SOA, BPM and EAI space, with a focus on Financial services and Telco customers at TIBCO, Intalio and Fiorano. Madhav is a holds a Bachelors (Hons) in Chemical Engineering from BITS, Pilani

Sal LaRosa

Chief Financial Officer

Sal oversees Avaamo’s financial and business operations including revenue, legal and HR functions. An experienced finance executive, previously Sal was VP of Finance at TIBCO Software, where he led a global team as the company scaled to over $1 billion in revenue.

Prior to TIBCO, Sal held senior management positions at several other private and public technology companies. Sal received his MBA in Finance from the UCLA Anderson School of Business and his Bachelor’s in Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.

Christian Nall

SVP of Worldwide Sales

Christian is responsible for Avaamo’s Sales and Channel operations. He has a track record of delivering significant revenue growth and increased market share, and his strong customer focus has resulted in significant value creation for the clients he has served.
